Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility
- Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
How to request a return
Contact our team with your order number and details of the issue. Once approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, we will process your replacement or refund.

Payments & refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method — M-Pesa or bank transfer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by M-Pesa.
